Training course booking

Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid in full as per invoice details

If a group training session has been booked and a fee has been agreed upon, Resus Nelson Ltd has the right to charge the full fee in the event of reduced expected participant attendance.

Resus Nelson Ltd course cancellation policy:

Resus Nelson Ltd reserves the right to cancel courses if necessary. Every effort will be made to give attendees a minimum of 1 week notice of cancellation. Resus Nelson Ltd will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to course cancellation. However, we will endeavour to organise another course ASAP for the participants.

New Zealand Resuscitation Council recommends a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 participants per instructor on each course, to ensure effective teaching.

Participant cancellation:

Resus Nelson Ltd requires minimum of 1 week notice for cancellation prior to any course, or full payment is expected.

Unforeseen circumstances will be taken into account.

Tahunanui Medical Centre have had great experiences with Resus Nelson. Natalie and Rosie have come to our practice on two occasions and facilitated multidisciplinary emergency scenarios. Natalie & Rosie’s senses of humour and their awesome knowledge have made all staff feel included and valued, from the GP with extensive Emergency experience to the newest Receptionist (with a genuine fear of getting things wrong!). Together we have come up with realistic, relevant scenarios peculiar to our premises, patients, staff ratios and geographical location. We all hate role play but somehow Natalie and Rosie make us feel comfortable. After each session we have found new things to improve within the practice, from a new emergency incident record sheet to furniture placement. Not only do these sessions tick the box for Cornerstone, they are great team building experience with genuine relevance and a huge amount of laughter, these sessions have built increasing trust between staff and have demonstrated how capable all staff members can be in stressful situations.
